How we work.

Send us measurements, drawings or the bill of quantities. We reply with a fast, detailed quote.

Site survey

We check the measurements and agree together on product, glass, hardware and finishes.

Production

Windows are produced exactly as per the order confirmation, with no surprises.

IV.

Delivery

Standard delivery in 4 weeks for PVC, 6-8 weeks for aluminium and wood. One week before, we coordinate with the client to plan the installation. We ship both to the site and to the warehouse.

Our story

We have been working with windows and doors for over ten years, from production to sales. We know every stage of the job and we know where problems arise on site. That is why we chose to work our own way: quality products, a single point of contact and a service that stays with you after delivery.

Over the years the market has changed a lot, especially after periods like Covid, when clients became much more demanding. Spending more time at home, they started to notice its flaws, windows among them, which must be beautiful and also high-performing, given how much energy costs have risen recently. We support our partners with innovative, tailored solutions and a fair quality/price ratio that can justify the investment their clients make.

How do I request a quote?

Send us measurements, drawings or the bill of quantities through the form below, by email or on WhatsApp. We reply with a fast, detailed quote, calculated for the specific project.

What are the delivery times?

Standard delivery for PVC windows is 4 weeks from the order, while for aluminium and wood windows it is 6-8 weeks. You will receive a more precise delivery time with the order, and you will be notified one week before the delivery is arranged, so that you can schedule the installation with your client.

How is delivery made?

Shipments can be made on wooden pallets carried by articulated lorry or, for smaller or urgent orders, by van, which can also unload directly on site.

What are the payment terms?

50% deposit with the order and the remaining 50% when the goods are ready, before loading is arranged. For larger projects we also work with a bank guarantee letter.

How can I check the actual status of my order?

You can ask for the status of your order at any time: we will update you promptly thanks to real-time monitoring of our production.

What warranty do you give on your products?

The warranty on the profiles is 5 years and on the hardware 3 years, counted from delivery of the order to the client. Did you know that the legal warranty in Europe is 2 years?

How do I make a complaint?

Please write to us straight away by email or on WhatsApp, describing the problem with plenty of photos and videos so that we can identify it. We will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the complaint quickly.
